Upcoming events at the Wine Cottage Bistro

Here we are half way through February already. The month of January was a blur and February is reacting very similarly.

We have some very exciting things coming on board in the next few weeks. First of all we will be introducing our spring menu during the second week of March. Matt LaRocco promises to bring some great new recipes and some requests from our customers. He is also adding a new menu for the wine bar which will feature "tapas" or small plates. These will be available during our winebar hours of 2-5 pm.

March 6 is the date for our next winemaker dinner featuring Brian Freeborn of Casa Cassera. Menu for that event is:

Casa Cassara's Brian Freeborn's Winemaker Dinner was fabulous! First, I am converted to goat cheese salad ... a big surprise for me. Second, the filet and chocolate (not together, of course) were "As good as it gets!" The wines from Casa Cassara are always superb. Third, The Wine Cottage Bistro is now on the top of my list of places to take my wife for a romantic dinner without our four year old daughter! :-) Thank you, one and all!
